Creamy Mushrooms with pepper powder


 1can (400 grams) mushrooms (khumbh)

1 tbspchopped onion

4 tbsp fresh cream

1/2 tspmixed herbs or 1 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tspbutter

a pinch of salt

a pinch of black pepper (kalimirch) powder



1.Drain the mushrooms.

2.Heat the butter and fry the onion for 1/2 minute.

3.Add the mushrooms and fry for a further 1 minute.

4.Add the cream, herbs, salt and pepper and mix well.

5.Serve hot with toothpicks
