Stir fry Spirulina Noodles

Ingredients

Spirulina noodles For one person
Big onion – sliced 1
Garlic – minced ½ tsp
Red chilli – sliced ½
Soft tofu – cubed 1 pcs
Short beans – trimmed 5 to 7 pcs
Carrot – shred 1/2 cup
Black Pepper powder ¼ tsp
Vege stock ¼ cup
Chop coriander leaves As needed
Salt  As needed

To temper

Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Japanese sweet vinegar (u can omit this) 1 tsp

Cook them in boiling water according to packet instructions.

Plunge them in cold water, drain thoroughly, toss them in the sesame oil and set aside until you are ready to use them.

Heat a wok until hot. Add the oil and, when it is very hot, add the garlic and onion. Stir fry for 15 seconds, and then add the tofu. Stir well until the tofu loses its to light brown in colour.

Add the rest of the ingredients except the coriander and noodles.  Cover the wok, turn the heat down low and simmer for 3 minutes.

Now add the noodles and mix everything together with loosely then sprinkle on the coriander and serve.
